Hey guys, I haven't really posted much of my music in the past, but I figure I'll use this thread to show my progress toward recording my release that I'm calling Ethic.
I've uploaded the first track, Tribe, onto my Tindeck. It's a reworking of an older track of the same name, much more striped down and much more focused. Many of the other tracks will have vocals, but this one doesn't. It's about two minutes of noisy pop-punk and I hope you enjoy it. |

| that was a fun jam. I liked when the drums came in, with those other guitar sounds floating at the top, it had a nice weirdly slacked vibe to it. I kinda thought the guitar that started it all out seemed a bit... sharp, sawtoothy, I dunno. I think I'd like it more if you had degraded the sound somehow, like transferred it to tape and then back to the computer (and perhaps repeated a few times). I think that would bring out that vibe a bit more. the clean breakdown is nice. I think vocals would help sell this more for me, I'd definitely be curious to hear your stuff with vox. |

| Thanks for the feedback! Softening the sound is something I actually might try out because I'm curious to hear how it would come out. This particular song has some lyrics, so it might still get vox on the final version, but we'll see. I'm still experimenting with how I want my vocals to sound in general. |
